Euroluce ships your orders from our own warehouse located in Sydney. In stock items are available for dispatch within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Other items will have a lead time, which is indicated on the product page. We have provided standard delivery times below based on the couriers we use and the most current information they have provided. These are provided as an estimation only, but our aim is always to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Due to current manufacturing delays and product part supply issues, some fittings may have an extended lead time. We recommend contacting our sales team to confirm specific product leads times if you require delivery by a certain time.
Airfreight is also available for an additional charge. This will reduce the lead time of your order and is quoted on a per-order basis, determined by the product or products you’re ordering.
Products on Backorder
For products not in stock at the time of ordering, delivery time will be based on the lead time for each brand (as listed below) plus the national delivery timeframe (as listed above). For orders consisting of multiple brands please use the longest lead time (e.g. if you are purchasing both Flos and Wästberg products and they are not in stock, the delivery time-frame will be 18 weeks plus national delivery time based on your location, assuming single delivery is arranged).

Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, an email with your tracking information will be sent to the email provided at time of ordering. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact our sales team.
Delivery Services
Shipping charges for small, medium or large orders will be calculated a checkout based on the weight and size of the products you have chosen. Please note large quantities or delivery to remote areas may be required to pay extra freight if required.
Delivery will usually occur between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. We recommend you to leave delivery notes for the courier to reference when making the delivery, however, the couriers are unable to deliver at specific times or call prior to delivery.
Delivery Addresses
When placing your order, please ensure all delivery details and contact information is correct. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to update the address or redirect. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to our warehouse, a member of our team will be contact with you to confirm the address and to make payment on delivery again for dispatch.
The address must be located in Australia and we can’t dispatch orders to PO boxes or Freight Forwarding Locations.
