Illuminating Change

As trusted suppliers of sustainable lighting solutions, we recognise our role in advancing the sustainable goals, intentions, and aspirations of our clients and stake holders. Our approach sets us on course to adapt to the evolving needs and opportunities facing our clients, and the environments and geographies we work within.

02
Principles

Our Sustainability Policy describes our guiding principles and areas of focus to further adopt sustainable practices and integrate sustainable thinking into our operations, supply chains, products, and communities.

03
Actions

Our Policy is underpinned by a series of targeted actions demonstrating implementation of our commitments. Progress against these actions is reviewed and updated quarterly and overseen by our Board annually.

1.

Proactively integrate innovative and sustainable thinking into business practice whilst meeting the fundamentals of regulatory compliance.

2.

Enhance our employees’ understanding of sustainability and the role they play to advance our goals.

3.

Establish enduring relationships with designers, suppliers, stake holders and supply chain partners to drive sustainable practice through considered efficiencies, quality product, support, and thoughtful delivery.

4.

Support our clients in their sustainable goals and collaborate for positive impact.

5.

Establish governance over our approach to, and transparently, authentically, and regularly communicate our progress against plan.

Areas of Focus

Our Areas of Focus have been formally identified as being areas where we can currently affect the most meaningful change. They are supported by a series of commitments that we have made to ensure we put both our principles and focus into practice. As our approach to sustainability advances over time, so too may these areas of focus and commitments.

Partnered with suppliers that have optimised product design and manufacturing processes to use fewer resources and generate less waste.

Recycle, Repair and Refurbishment

Established a customer facing repair and refurbishment scheme for our products to extend their use and reduce waste.
