The unique design of Chasen reflects the form and aesthetic of a traditional Japanese tea-whisk. The body of fine metal strips encircles a tubular frosted-glass diffuser. These flexible strips give the possibility of modulating the shape, by a lock at the top, from robust and curvy to long and narrow (a wish for any woman!). Optical illusions, from the linear strip and gaps, catch the viewer’s eye.
